SMS Terms of Service

These SMS Terms of Service govern the text messaging program operated by VRR OT LLC, doing business as VRR OT Trucking (“VRR OT Trucking,” “we,” “us”). By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to these terms.

1. Program Description

When you opt in, you will receive SMS text messages from VRR OT Trucking related to your driver application and your relationship with us. This includes application status updates, requests to submit documents, appointment reminders, and conversational replies from our recruiting team.

2. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your application and your interactions with us.

3. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. VRR OT LLC does not charge for the messages, but your mobile carrier’s standard rates apply.

4. Opt Out & Help

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation and then stop sending you messages. To opt back in, reply START.

5. Consent

Opting in to SMS is not a condition of employment or of any purchase. Your consent to receive text messages is not shared with third parties or affiliates.

6. Carriers & Delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change without notice.

7. Privacy

Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
